I've been swimming competitively ever since 5, I'm 15 now. I Have nice pecs and biceps because I life every other day, I have great calves and thigh muscles because I run 1-2 times a week, but my belly is big and my waist is just flat out embarrassing in MY opinion. Since it sounds like you already have muscle, I would recommend running. Swimming is great exercise, but you will burn more calories and fat running. Also to get abs you should do crunches, pull ups, and push ups. Your diet also has an effect on your stomach fat. Try not to eat junk food or drinks that have a lot of sugar in them. Eating healthy things such as salad, fruit, and limited meat will help with building muscle and losing fat.

I am a 14 year old boy, turning 15 on June 6th, who plays for my schools soccer team. This year (Freshman Year) we did horrible, one main issue was our conditioning. I'm around 5"8 and weigh 150 lbs. I was just wondering what should I eat daily, what exercises I should do, and how long should I do them for.
Cut down on junk food, pop, etc. and limit the breads. Concentrate on chicken, veggies, salads, and water.....and if you have a bicycle, ride that (weather permitting), or situps will help with the belly issue. Start slow, and work up to as many as you can stand. Good luck! It won't be long till you have a six pack!!!

Hey, well I need some tips for this. Well i'm 14 and I'm not really overweight (so i've been told) but everything I wear looks bad on me because I have a chubby belly, love handles and these horrendous thighs! I'm too afraid to wear a bathing suit because of my cellulite also. Do you have a quick and healthy exercise, no diets that will help me lose these terrible features of my body? I've been doing side squats, side crunches, bending down, jogging, marching and jumping jacks each 50 times now for a whole week plus eating healthy but I don't think its enough. So again any solutions? I don't want to be a total stick but a good weight. Please help.
doing all that, may help you become healthy, but it sounds like you will get bulky. So therefore, you wills still be the same size, just the fat replace with muscles. My advice to you is to walk at least 30 minutes every day. i heard running just gives you muscles, but walking helps you lose weight.

5. Keep busy - doing everyday chores will burn calories whilst keeping you busy.
